Anyone can learn to cook with a wok. All they need is a good stove that produces a lot of heat.
There is usually a lot of preparation before you cook with a wok.
That is because all your ingredients need to cut or chopped into small pieces.
Small pieces of protein and vegetable will cook faster and that prevents overcooking of nutrients.
